A non-alcoholic aperitif made in small batches on a farm in the UK. Rosemary, thyme, gentian, wormwood and orange zest are steeped in a fermented apple base, then softened with honey. It tastes herbal, bittersweet and citrusy, and contains no added flavourings or preservatives. Serve it over ice with soda water and a slice of orange, or use it in a cocktail. You’ll find it in many of the UK’s top restaurants.
