A cocktail shaker covered in cognac leather, with hand stitching and a built-in strainer to hold back the ice. It’s made by Roberts & Doré, old family friends of ours. The family firm was founded in 1908 by Tom Roberts and James Doré as silversmiths in London’s Hatton Garden, and three generations of the Roberts family have run it since.
