Olverum was created in Germany in the 1930s, and its bath oil has hardly changed since. It blends ten essential oils, including Siberian fir needle, lavandin and eucalyptus. It eases tired muscles, softens dry skin and helps you sleep. The scent is herbal, woody and fresh.
Add a third of a capful (5ml) to a warm bath and swirl the water with your hand to spread the oil.
